X-ray separator RLA-DK
1. Destination.
X-ray separator RLA-DK is intended for treatment of products containing diamonds and final treatment of concentrates at stages of geological prospecting, detailed investigation-estimation and operational investigation of deposits of diamonds, and also in Sorting sectors of the processing Plants.
2. Engineering information.
1.1. The separator is made according to the complete set of the design documentation.
1.2. The separator is made in ÓÕË – version of a category 4.2 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
1.3. Single-phase network 220V +/- 10%, frequency 50 +/- 1 hz.
1.4. Power up to 120 wt.
1.5. Fractions of material in processing –10 +0,5 mm.
1.6. Maximum output with fractions in processing:
-10 +0,5 mm up to 300 kg/hour;
-5 +2 mm up to 200 kg/hour;
-2+1 mm up to 80 kg/hour;
-1+0,5 (0,2) mm up to 50 kg/hour;
1.7 The system of registration provides detection of diamonds or their simulators with specific effective force of radiation 2,5*10-12wt*ñð-1*(Ð/ñ)-1 and a constant of time of a luminescence (0,5) ìñ with probability not less than 0,5.
1.8 The maximal frequency of interceptor operation not less than 5 Hz
1.9 In a separator are applied:
